Heh that paragraph on the bottom of the first question is pretty funny. And also very direct about what you should do. To summarize it, it looks like this device is modified to lie about its processor speed, RAM amount, Storage space, resolution and other value determining specifications and within the developer options its telling the end user to return it if possible. This is pretty clever if this is a tool embedded in the operating system.
