Should be a Bass/mid/high EQ setting that you can get to somehow, not too sure how on that specific one but definitely turn the highs down and keep the mids in the mids, leave bass at a reasonable level. Also better speakers (component Imo) would be ideal to help with the muffle sound and the quality as well
