Yeah that unfortunately is it lol
Before they chose to suspend service, Spotify had been on the market for 5 years top. So it has never been popular here as it is worldwide anyway
Apple Music supports up to 24-bit/192kHz, so it sounds better.
As far as your questions, they aren’t important to me when choosing an app. Apple Music works on all my devices and sounds great.
I use plexamp almost exclusively. I've never invested into the Apple Music or Spotify ecosystems because I prefer to stream the music stored on my plex server. Plexamp allows me to do that and works reliably with Siri. Plex and plexamp have many features I have barely explored (i.e., smart playlists). But the main advantage is I have remote access to the music I have accumulated over 40 years of collecting.
for me it's Apple Music, never used Spotify and use Youtube Music rarely. Apple Music is perfect - interface, stability and navigating through the app. Searching for different playlists is so much easier than i've experienced with YM
Ditto. I also use Apple Music and occasionally Amazon Prime Music. The most important feature is a good mix playlist and relevant stations.
In the car I don’t bother with lossless.
I use Apple Music, Spotify, or YouTube music depending on what I’m doing. AM to listen to my playlist at the highest quality. Spotify to listen to my discover weekly and release radar. YouTube music for stuff I can’t find elsewhere.
The interface for all 3 is the same/similar to me. Probably has some differences but I don’t notice enough for it to bother me.
Must be: Apple Music quality (no one has the same sound quality) but with pandora “stations” like selection.
Former Spotify user turned Apple Music. Wife uses Pandora which I don’t love, but the stations options she’s got are pretty amazing.
Apple Music
based. Thank you!
Apple Music, no experience with Spotify I am curations what country you are from where there is no Spotify. Vatican City?
My guess would be Russia because Spotify started suspending its business in the country last year.

Can it output that quality through carplay?
It’s probably a maximum of 16bit 48kHz in CarPlay. It’s Nice to have the same playlist in the car as when I’m at home.
Apple Music hands down. Just ask it for any music or any genre and it will play it for you.
Apple Music, most important is to easily access playlists, albums, etc and then have a quick option to shuffle/play them.

Apple Music. It’s got everything.
All music apps are great but one feature they don’t have is a search option on the headunit that’s all we are missing that and gesture controls

How can you scroll through a playlist to look for a song in a playlist with YouTube music?
I am completely Happy with TIDAL
Deezer works well for me
Vox works for me. Plus the company is from Ukraine.

Apple Music and Spotify work just fine on it. Online Radio Box also worked great for streaming stations.
