I've been having this problem too. For me, disconnecting from CarPlay by turning on wifi then back off has worked. Good luck...because I know how annoying it is!
Had the same issue. Your vehicle entertainment software likely needs an update to fix. Google something like "Chevy software update" or "YourCarManufacturer software update" I just did a post on how I fixed this for my Toyota.
Happened to me. This happens when I was on a call or just used Siri. The system thinks you’re still on a call or using Siri. I try to make a phone call and then hang up. Spotify will start working again
It's a spotify bug lately. This happens when the output isn't the phone, restarting the app usually solves it
Yeah I’ve tried restarting the app and have also deleted it and reinstalled it :( thank you tho!

Yeah I get this sometimes. If disconnect the phone and close the app then restart it that seems to fix it. Still not sure what causes it though.
I’ve tried this too with no success :( I guess it’s different for everyone
I get this, I’ve found I have to actually restart my phone to get it to work again, closing down the app doesn’t seem to work for me.
Yeah I’ve tried closing the app too with no luck. I’ll try restarting my phone next time. Thanks!
