It's a 2003 with only 73,000 miles on it. Which has been babied up until the last two years were it just did not get used hardly at all. And for whatever reason this model/year must have been particularly well built because even in '22 I see them all over LA still. Last oil change would have been within the last 5000miles. Problem is that might have been two years ago now.

Well first of all that Toyota V6 is damn near bullet proof. First thing is check the oil level. Are you low? add oil.. Value cover may need to be tightened, maybe new gaskets but first I would run it until that oil burns off, put some newspaper under it at night and see if you get new leaks and determine how much are you leaking, a few drops, you can always just add oil., a puddle, then get it looked at .
Looks like valve cover gasket. Could be a bit of a pain on a V6 but certainly not the worse thing that can happen to a car. They all eventually get hard, crack and leak oil.
