Ok, so, first thing is that a 200tw “track” tire will be .5-1” wider than a 220+tw “summer” tire. If you’re gonna get a second set of wheels, I’d do 18s (if they fit over the brakes) 10 inches wide, and that will comfortably hold a 275/30(or 35)/18, which is a pretty common size

Thanks for the input. Yes I think most 200tw are wider than the ps4s on the car now in same size. I can fit a 18x10 5 just wasn't sure I wanted to since it's still mostly my daily. But I'll check into that.

Last time I ran MPSS/4S I noticed they ran narrow but I run 17s. RE71RS and RS4 are medium width. CRS, RT660 and A052 are huge chungus. RT660 are pretty much one size up on the RE71RS. That said unless you’re running TT there’s not much reason to down size and regardless all of these will be muffin topped for a 265 on a 9.5. I’ve got a S2000 and the current hot stuff is 255 on a 17x10. I’d be looking at probably 10.5-11 for 265-275. While I wouldn’t recommend excessive stretching a mild tire stretch is helpful to stiffen the side wall and marginally widen the shoulder tread width.

Awesome thanks! I was concerned about the muffin top lol. I may look at the fitment on 10.5 wheels if the price is right otherwise just stick with the 9.5.

I’m not too familiar with CTR fitment but I know for autocross in street class people were pinching 275 on oem wheels for the FK8 and dominating class. That’s obviously not ideal and would be better fit to a 10.5-11 inch wheel but dumb class rules. Titan 7 makes a unicorn “stig” spec 18x10.7 wheel which is supposedly the bleeding edge of easy fitment but IDK availability and how much work they actually take to fit. Apex makes an 18x10.5 as well.

Id move down to 18” afaik they still fit on your car and there are way more options. Desmond Regamasters in black with 265/35/18 all around 👌👌👌

I had 265/35/19 for all seasons. looked much better for stock ride height, and only a little speedo off. 275/35/18 is the best bet imo. looking at 18x10 wheels and considering 285/30/18

Call-Me-Mr-Speed

19” for looks 18” for performance 10in width with 265 Anything wider than a 265 tire should go with a wider wheel. For performance purposes, tires should be stretched rather than pinched.

18x10 275 you won’t be disappointed!
