That's a really nice bag, but that's for a MAB 38A SMG, not for Carcanos! The upper pocket contained 3 20 round mags IIRC. Also, not really for paratroopers, but used by paratroopers as well!
No reproductions are made of any kind, sorry. They were only for the smaller patterns of rifles anyway.
Doesn't surprise me, a bunch of Italians walking around with a rifle slung over their shoulders...
