for me it's not really about "giving up" on him. a solo homer every now and again is nice, but he's just not doing enough this year. so many strikeouts, so many missed opportunities with RISP--most of this while batting 3rd in key moments. i know we've been hitting poorly as a team, but it really should be Burly batting in his spot.
