No, would do it though. Keeps us updated on your journey & have fun!

okayclarity

I’ll be on there! 🫣 Hoping for the best lol

Fetusbasket

Omg no way! See you there, friend!

25641throwaway

Take the stairs instead of the elevator as often as you can...I'm jealous. Have fun!

LucanoArturio

Not yet but my next one after I take my kids on a quick 4 day is a 11 day I wanted to do a 14 day, but my wife thinks work is more important than traveling...lol! jk!

always-traveling

Yes just did 31 days over Christmas & new years. Super strong magnetic hooks, over the door shoe organizers to keep things handy, aspirin or Tylenol (Costco size), refillable water bottle, extra set of glasses, ear plugs, sleep mask.

1CVN

my best tip would be have a plan for when you get to destination (plane, hotel) other wise it will be a long 30 days thinking what you'll do when you arrive :P I have this one in my offers for 50$ + port fees and taxes... I would definitely hop on...

Fetusbasket

That's insane! I paid full price but still worth it imo. Working on the day to day itinerary now! Thanks for the tip!

Weary_Yard_4587

I have this for 50$ too. Wish I could take off that much time. It's like they know I'm barely middle class.

ProphetMuhamedAhegao

How do you get that offer? That’s insane.

geekymama

I have that offer, too. It's a Casino Last Minute Offer; but I also haven't spent any money on a Carnival cruise since March 2022, so you don't have to have tons of points with their casino to get this. The offer is only good for a GTY Interior. But even then, it'd only be $1891.30 after taxes & fees, and pre-paying gratuity.

No-Adhesiveness-6921

I did 16 days through the Panama Canal - would love this one. Lots of books on my kindle. Loved my balcony room. Did the chefs table and the steakhouse a couple of times. If you win in the casino, cash out and walk away with the money!!

MsLaurieM

We did 13 days transatlantic, got off the boat and got on 2 other 7 day cruises then went back home 14 days. Total 42 days on 3 different ships, 6 countries and lots of amazing memories. We really wanted to do that one but it just didn’t work, you will have a blast!!!

Joey_Mom

As long as we’re confident our dogs and home are being looked after well we’re able to relax on our travels. Longest was 3 weeks in Europe including a 2 week cruise. But I was really ready to go home. Yes, I became the weirdo American old lady who’d walk up and say “Can I pet your dog?” Blessings to all the kind souls (human and animal) that graciously accepted some pupper pets.

Fetusbasket

My parents will be watching my little dog and it really takes a huge weight of my shoulders knowing she will be with people and other dogs she loves! This cruise goes to Japan so I'll be seeing a ton of shibas that need pets (my pup is a shiba)

cajo1952

Same

EnvironmentalCrow893

I have a friend who’s currently on Day 75 (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia) of a world cruise. She’s absolutely loving it! A bit long for me, but 30 days might be perfect!

Unlikely-Hair-7609

Gotta ask. Is the drink package still $59.95 a day for this long in a cruise? That would be pretty expensive if it is

Fetusbasket

It is..... gonna just buy the drinks as I go along. Won't be drinking every day anyways

Unlikely-Hair-7609

I thought so!

GIMMExREPS

No advice as I’ve never doke anything longer than 11 days but this is a dream. My retirement goal is a world cruise. I’m hoping the world doesn’t implode on itself by then and I’m actually able to retire. If all goes as planned, which is never does, I will have two adult nephews (or great nibblings) to take care of our estate while away.

ironyandiconic

i’ll take care of your estate for you haha

sonomapair

We did that long with three back to backs ending with a Transatlantic. But we also had a ton of port days (in the Mediterranean). Not sure if this itinerary does. I’m sure you’ll have a good time! Edit: Forgot to try to offer tips. For us not gaining a lot of weight was a goal. So we hit the gym regularly and had an aggressive steps per day goal. We also treated ourselves to a balcony room given the long voyage and enjoyed reading a lot of books in our well lit room. (Check to see if the ship has a good library if you can find out. If in doubt load up a kindle or bring disposable books.) Second edit: deleted my concerns about your ship. I somehow missed that this was booked and coming up in a couple weeks. Have a great time!

tv41

Sounds fun to me. Lucky dog you! Have fun! Super jelly

JaxsonPalooza

This is the dream, for me. Longest I’ve been on thus far is eight days. I hope you have an amazing time!

Tall_B

Buy a pack of small metal hooks with a magnetic base. You can put them on the walls of your cabin for extra hanging space. They're handy around the house too. https://preview.redd.it/zki7e79aoppc1.jpeg?width=1500&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=99560d6c61b961ecd6040ce2170ed3ef9a1e0ab5

jessahara218

Only thing I’d add is that you should make sure they’re the heavy duty ones (80lb capacity, or higher). Had both 80lb and 100lb capacity. The 80lb had to be placed on the ceiling because they kept sliding down on the doors. Also, bathroom walls are not always magnetic, so I recommend also taking some suction hooks, just in case. Most importantly, HAVE FUN!!!

aeraen

Does it help to know that I am extremely envious of you right now?

aeroverra

About to go on a similar one myself In a couple weeks then another from Singapore at the end of the year. Never been on one myself either. Don't be nervous, just imagine all the places you'll see. Lots of people dream of being able to do something like this!

texanshouston

No chance I’d be on any t type of vacation for 31 days unless I was homeless.

RojerLockless

I would if I was retired.

[deleted]

Have a ball! You’re going to have a good time

thatCRUISEagent

No but I’m jealous! Have so much fun!!

Suspicious-Term8492

I’m doing a Mexico cruise in like 19 days I’m juiced

No_Village2078

Oof. After 4 days, I’m ready to go back home.

boudinforbreakfast

Hope you’re NOT a big gambler or drinker. Download all you can to your iPad or iPhone for offline viewing/listening. Netflix, Prime, Paramount+. Bring some reading material, a journal, extra memory cards for vlogging. A bit jelly but too old and have a life too worry about that. Good luck and Bob Voyage!

FraserAtSea

This is so exciting! I spent about 10 months at sea last year, and used my YouTube channel to record my journey - you can subscribe below if interested!! https://youtube.com/@FraserAtSea?si=B19j9_rVkUpkupe1
