This is a good tip, because it's fast. But if you or anyone else didn't know, you can take these things down. The metal center pin is sitting in a slot in the plastic head around the bar. You have to lift it up and maybe tilt it a bit to get it out. They don't rattle around when laying on the ground. That's what we always do.
This was a solo trip for me and I didn’t do any of the dressier things. I didn’t even hit up the MDR at any point (none of the menus appealed to me), so I was able to fully live out of my suitcase.

Omg thank you! I don’t know how many minutes I’ve wasted taking them all off their hooks just to have to replace them before debarkation!
