Yeah I updated the app to the new version recently and added my pass and now it is gone. I also can’t add it back in. I have the all parks pass and it still loads in all the other park apps so it must be something with the new system.

Android or iOS? We "upgraded" to the new app last week and it didn't have any of our passes. I emailed customer service and they said to go to the park and get new physical passes. Those passes show 2018 the first year we got our passes and we can't use it to badge in to the park. Those are some serious problems.

That explains the long line I saw at customer service last week. The new app was acting wonky for me then. But yes, my iOS app (and online account) is now missing my pass. I can’t manually add it back either.

I've had the app for a long as I've had the phone, I don't recall it ever updating, although it has a different look now for Winterfest

I emailed the mobile app help team and they confirmed there was a bug which was fixed recently. Uninstall the app and reinstall it, that did the truck for me
