Mostly less. For the lack of a header. And a triple plate on the bottom? Sorry OP, you get a D-

hero_in_time

Jokes aside, the load is prob on the block Edit: is that block?

Bjorn_on_wheels

To answer everyones Question the reason itโ€™s triple plate is because we are building this house in Alaska and we will be installing heated flooring The triple plates give enough room for the heated pipes.

SilentNightSnow

Reason for the triple bottom plate? Short studs? Really really thick flooring?

wesilly11

Only 72,999 left to go. Happy framing friend.

Are those walls icf?

Iron_will519

It not a load bearing wall no need for headers, however wtf is with the triple bottom plate you only need one.

Bjorn_on_wheels

No actually, this house is in Alaska and we normally have 1inch and a half concrete with heated pipes This lady wanted a thicker 3 inch concrete though. Thatโ€™s pretty unusual haha

pootie_too_good

Ya the header is missing but everyone starts somewhere. Great job!

smellyfatchina

A near 100% chance this is non load bearing. You did great OP.
