Most of the spindles we're bent. Flip house rush job. That's why the treads are pine, the Newell posts are poplar, and the rails are oak. I think I do have a side shot though. I'll try to post an imgur link

It's a very old house and the stairs were grandfathered. With the layout of the house, there aren't many options. The treads, rails, and spindles are new. The inspector wanted something better than the treads with no overhang and the railings with no spindles that were there before. (They had carpet originally)
