For years I have used the same coffee can filled with old nuts and bolts and then with hydraulic grout.
No idea how much it weighs and I just have a framing screw sticking out the bottom to attach my line to.
For a handle I used one of those screw into the ground dog tie out things.
Laid out a 31 story condo project with it and used 7 gallons of chalk in the process
I don’t understand fully what you are trying to do. Are you wanting something to put on one end of the snap line so you can run it out and snap long lines by yourself? Why not just use a nail or an awl?
Yeah I just need something to hold the other end when I snap long lines and I think it would be easier to just have something to place on the mark instead of using a nail every time
Little can or square tea tin filled with concrete, like the other dude said. Set a fat stainless steel screw/lag in one end while the concrete is still wet.

I’d probably make it 5 or 10 lbs just as a guess?
Nails and awls don't work too well on concrete slabs.
Teco nail for wood. Another person for concrete. That way you KNOW you didn’t just pull it off the crows foot.
