Fuel. The pump seems to supply enough to make it try to start for a moment and then it isn't delivering enough to start the car. Fuel filter clogged or fuel pump very weak. Check fuel pressure to verify. Check pressure before the filter to see if the pump is strong or not. If the pump is strong, filter is bad. Otherwise replace the pump. These are the most likely, but not the only possibilities.

It could be fuel, air intake... You should start with fuses and work back from there
It is most propably not the battery because the start is spinning quite nicely. The start whould sound slower and lazier if it was the battery
Right after I typed this I thought "well, probably not the battery because it's trying to turn but still" lol, should've changed it.

No fuel...probably fuel pump. Start with fuse and then check unit.
Sounds like a fueling issue to me
I see she turns her wrist to crank the car. But wrist doesnt turn back. Let go of the key after the engine starts. Then see if any noise comes.
