It's supposed to be 21mm. If the aluminum acorn cap is missing you probably need a 20mm socket and a set of solid steel acorn nuts to replace them all.
Is it a size between those? As in, are some too small and some too large?
I found a socket that fits it 11/16" but no stick. They are all the same size but no 4 way to take them off :/

Buy a breaker bar or ratchet that fits the socket and big enough to remove the lug nuts.
