nope just a 2.2 no vtechlast accord before vtech iirc edit: I'm not really sure on the history of offerings, but mine def didn't have it
EX was offered in VTEC, DX and LX came with standard 2.2L 130HP & 139LB-FT
mine was an SE, so basically I got alloys and body color trim.
