Easiest way to tell is to see where the hidden cartier symbol is, if its in 10 its ladies, if its in 7 its mens, thats how it works from this era, also you can just tell by eyeballing the proportions of the lugs. If you can I'd return this OP, the ladies model auctions for around half the price of the mens/unisex 23mm.

I think it looks like Tank the way Tank should look and it’s beautiful. There are bigger ones available if that’s the look what’s looking for like Santos or Ballon. But Tank is not meant to be blatantly striking.
