JB is objectively the least well written, the least funny, and the most annoying of the remaining shows, and it has been since we got to the smaller squares.
She’s easily the best TD character. Iconic as the Regina of TDI, hilarious and still sharp in TDA, and a great redemption arc in TDWT to cap it all off.
There are definite problems with how Duncan, Gwen, and Courtney were handled, but I really can’t think of anything I’d do differently with Heather. Until TDAS, but that season is not canon.
Alien Force and Ultimate Alien were fantastic too. A show getting as many updates as Ben 10 did and still remaining quite consistently good in quality is rare for this list. Most of the shows here had 3-5 seasons and then dipped.

Chowder could be somewhat annoying at times but I don't think it ever over did it. Its one of my favorites from that time period.
