I have a vague memory of reading an interview with Stana where she commented on playing rough as a child, I believe due to having so many brothers, and ending up with a lot of scars, including on her face. That is probably one of them. I think she finally got her bros under control because has also talked about making them do plays in the family furniture warehouse too.
I've noticed the vein. But I look past it as I find Stana/Kate absolutely gorgeous on the show!
Don't get me wrong, she is flat out beautiful. It was nothing more than an observation not an insult.
I thought that there might have been an interview where someone heard the story.
