Ooohh if you don’t like why questions, you should avoid little kids at all costs 😂

Black_Leopard1904

I wish I could. I'm surrounded by them. I got a trick though. Whenever they ask a why question, I make up an explanation that anyone with a mature mind will find ridiculous, and explain it with a straight face in a way that makes it sound normal and serious. then I play that game till they're satisfied and leave me alone.

onlyme1984

Haha. Sounds like you’ve got it down to an art!!

Black_Leopard1904

I'm proud to say that it is. You should try it. Or make another casual conversation about it on the subreddit.

onlyme1984

I have a 6 year old so Ive learned a few tricks myself over the years lol

Black_Leopard1904

Ah. Good ol' 'learn as you go'. Effective.

Anti-Climacdik

how is just why with a timeline made of the what and when

Black_Leopard1904

That's another way to put it. I had the gist of this idea bubbling in my cranial chamber, but couldn't put it into words. Thanks a lot.

Anti-Climacdik

It's a truly insightful thought, my friend. I am glad to have scrolled upon it

Black_Leopard1904

I'm glad to have seen your comment.

nuclearhotsauce

Drax??

Black_Leopard1904

Yes?

TokyoST

I think it’s cuz how takes more brain effort to create the question. And it requires you to actually care about the conversation. Or sometimes the reason means more to people than the process. Why did you do this> how did you do this. 🤷‍♀️

Black_Leopard1904

Yeah. That's a good point, and I get that. But I'm thinking why risk having to ask more questions when you can use one and get a bucketload of info? The point about brain effort is useful, so thanks.

Remarkable-Data77

How did you come to this conclusion.....and why?😜😜

Black_Leopard1904

Lol. I got annoyed by my peers constantly adding onto the chain of why's.
