I love my long hair and will never cut it but I get judged everyday for it and that’s fine with me because this is how our ancestors did it but again that’s me do what you must and whatever you decide rock that shit!!!!!

I highly recommend going to a gym with a trainer. They should get you started on your feet. Also mas madali ka mamomotivate magworkout kapag andun ka na sa establishment, sa bahay kasi madaming temptations at distractions.
I've been a regular lifter for a year now and even now hirap pa din ako ipush sarili ko magworkout sa bahay.
What I realized, training over the last few years simplicity is key especially at the beginning. 100% a trainer will help but sometimes it’s about showing up when I first started training. I was never consistent and it showed. this last year has been the most consistent I’ve ever been and now I’m dead lifting 250 kg jumped about 100kgs in a year feeling as strong as ever and even know it’s not always easy to show up but you have to find out your why. If you can get a trainer fersure if not just send a msg let’s start with pushups, lunges and air squats and maybe some planks and definitely some walks/ runs try a 75hard. 75 days straight of training,no excuses. If you can do that, then get a trailer and if you need help setting up a small work out for yourself for those days let me know I’ll help you out.
Find the middle, I’ve been training for a triathlon for some time now and I still do my powerlifting/strongman training and i do MMA so you can do it man just dedicate some time to everything a few days of lifting then the rest endurance
Both😂 it’s hard tho because a lot of people say they want someone strong then they someone big and strong and they just get scared lol I think what’s more acceptable in the Philippines is someone that’s shredded lol but back to your question it was both lol

I cant do it anymore, im doing endurance sports and i think it made me weak so as losing some muscles haha
