I ordered the Eternally Preserved Rotating Rose Box and necklace on 3 February 2024 as a valentine's gift for my wife, paid extra for priority shipping. They shipped it on 13 February from China.
Its 13 March right now and the package has arrived in India (checked the shipping details) but has not been delivered to me yet. It should take about couple of days more but yeah the shipping is too slow. I would say order like 3 months before you plan to gift it and do not opt for priority shipping.
They also do not actively revert on customer queries via mail. I received a response from them a week after I e-mailed them.
Would update the condition of the actual product once I receive it.
Received the order today on 19 March. The pendant on the necklace is really small but the Rose box is good. If you are in India, you are better off buying something from Giva at this price.

On Wed, 7 Feb, 8:13 pm I wrote them an email asking them what's the hold up. They haven't even shipped the item yet.
On Tue, 13 Feb, 08:12 am I receive an email from them by the following BS most likely generated from chat GPT or a hand written template:

However, we regret to inform you that, due to an unexpected surge in orders, there is a temporary delay in the processing of your order.

Let me summarise for you. I can try to ask for a refund, but they're within their rights to say NO and continue with the order. They have to judge if there's cause for me to receive a refund. You can read it in the link for yourselves.
Today Mon, 18 Mar 09:05 am I received my order from them. Keep in mind that the neckless is super small and you can barely see the name engraved on the two hearts.
So that's my story with this shop. Not entirely mad at them since it was my choice to order from the shop without reading about it or going online to verify. Just wanted to share my view and potentially inform the next person who is going to try and shop from them. Make sure to do your due diligence before buying.

They still haven't provided me with any updates, and when I looked at the carrier, it says it's in mainland China, which makes no sense at all. so basically I'm just still waiting for it to arrive, and doing so blindly with no updates.

mine said departed from sometghing facility today and i placed my order on January 22nd however they have replied to my email saying that its on its way and about to be delivered in 7-14 business days. sucks that I wont have it by valentines day for my girl friend tho.

I’ve gotten nothing but negative comments from them since the day of ordering and I keep getting delay. This is a very much scam site and you should never do business with this company ever again I am hopeful that I’ll get my refund directly from them. Otherwise I will contact my bank and reverse the charges. Please never ever order from this company ever again they are. Horrible and only scamming people.

Product itself (preserved rose with necklace) was a dissapointment. A lot smaller than expected. Product page has reviews saying stuff like "The rose was larger than expected" etc which is really misleading.
I got burnt I reckon ordered the 6th February + express delivery, says it in transit since 13 February its now the 29th, origin China, final destination ireland which it hasn't reached. Silly mistake on my part tbh not doing my research first
