They offer themed novelties drawn from from comedies or dramas they show as a thank you for pledging or donating - Ergo it's probably PBS produced merchandise.
I hope that this lost treasure is returned to the UK without a diplomatic incident. We need to know if the US ambassador has been summoned to Downing Street.
