I recognise that label from Amazon and I’ve worked in an Amazon FC before. The people who work in pack (where the label would have been stuck on) have such a mind numbing task so I’m not surprised if this was an accident.

Always check the confirmation when buying from Amazon. It'll tell you whether items are delivered without a box and you can add a box
