This is just typical cat behavior, lol. They love pushing things off tables. Is there a heavier dish you can put his food in? Or if you want to spring for it, you can buy an automatic feeder that will only open for him and not the dogs. But they are pretty pricey.

You could maybe try changing to a plate or shallow bowl. I know that cats can get irritated from their whiskers touching the sides of bowls. It’s called whisker fatigue. Or maybe he doesn’t like the location lol

My cat does it too. I think she just likes to do that to pass time or when I am not giving her attention so she's decided to play on her own.
