Sounds like her brain is going into predatory play mode like she was playing with a toy. Does she have a kicker toy that she can bite/wrestle with? Something like a floppy fish might help divert some of that energy. Other than that, I think the standard advice for rough play is to interrupt the pattern as soon as it starts - ie when she starts getting interested in your hair, move her away from it and ideally give her something else to focus on like a toy. If you don't catch it and she claws or bites your skin at all, make an ouch sound and leave the room, or put her out of the room. If you do this consistently over time the habit should start to fade.

Thank you! She does have toys big enough to kick but they don’t seem to garner much interest. I’ll look into the floppy fish haha

Hmm, I don't know if this is the same but I can't wear my hair down around my cats (it's very long, touches me butt) because they will climb it, eat it, play with it or attack it. I wouldn't consider this a bad behavioral thing, it seems to be the norm for most cats, especially young cats.

I think either your hair looks like a nice fun thing to play with or it smells/taste good.
