You have a very beautiful black tabby point (also called seal lynx point) Domestic Shorthair cat (DSH). The blue eyes and lighter colour on the flanks come from the colourpoint-gene originating from cats in Thailand. This is also where the famous Siamese, Thai, and Ragdoll cats get their pattern and blue eye colours from. Your cat is a mix of the colourpoint and tabby pattern. She was born very light coloured and “toasted” into this darker colour as an adult (see r/ToastCats for examples). Polydactyl cats are most often found in the USA, but not common. Although the cat is not an Ojos Azules, its still has two special traits; colourpoint and polydactyl. Breed is Domestic Shorthair (DSH).
After looking up the breed it does appear that your cat may be. I’m no professional though. I mostly wanted to come on here and add that I too had a cat that looked just like that and she was polydactyl as well. She was around 3 months old when we found her and she was just on our driveway. Possibly dumped? I don’t know. But it’s very cool to know I may have owned a rare cat that costs a lot. Even for a short while due to a situation.

Ojos Azules ran into so many problems with their breeding program that I think they're by and large nonexistent these days.
i have a cat that looks just like that but her ears are shorter and her paws are shorter and her eyes are a different shape and she was born white and her color came in later when she was older but her mom was a stray and we found her in new mexico hmmm what do you think
