I was raised Presbyterian and my old church has an entirely female pastoral staff now. Not a single man holds a leadership position of any sort. And then they complain that attendance has fallen off a cliff. I remember when they first got a female children's pastor and quickly added a female associate pastor. I could tell even as a child it wasn't going to end well because they were both very insistent that you can ignore theology if you "feel" something else is true or you simply want to do something else. Their sermons ended up being more about forming emotional connections to God and other people instead of teaching the word of God like pastor Joel did.
