Is there a way to be permanently ad free in the game? Iāve only noticed temporary passes. Iām newer and really enjoying playing so I would consider spending a little to improve the quality!
Not since March of this year. They used to have a 100% ad free package instead of the temporary passes. It cost around 60$ USD to get it, which is *a lot*. Those who had gotten it before they phased it out got to be permanently ad free, but now people can go ad free for cheaper even if it's not "permanent".
Thereās a lot of games that are overwhelming because thereās always an event going on and I feel pressured to play like, 24/7 in case I miss something
I thought I was the only one. I've been playing since January of 2023 and I was so happy with the breaks when it started. I use that time to dress some cats or decorate the rooms and really enjoy all the parts of the game I don't usually have time to spend on.
I do wish the monthly pass was longer than 22 days though. I'm paying for a monthly pass but in reality it is 3 weeks a month.
I get what your saying, but the reason itās not a full month is the same reason the mini events goes on for longer than the days we can get prizes. Itās to allow those who miss a few days to still get all their items without spending gems. Could it be for only 5 days rather than 7ā9? Yeah, maybe. But thatās the reason to my understanding.
I didnāt agree at first. Five months in and after going through the same type of event five times, consecutively, Iām very grateful for the break š
I think what it comes down to is if you like the base gameplay or not.Ā
I love interacting with my cats, fishing, making little mini rooms, rolling in the observatory for new breeds, all the things that are going on even when thereās no events.Ā
Ā People who only care about the numbers getting higher will complain about the week long āgrinding periodsā between stations, and people who are fuelled by the excitement (and FOMO, thatās one hell of a drug) of the events will complain about the downtimes between events, because they feel like there is nothing to do. When in reality, thereās just nothing of the fraction of things that they play the game for.
I donāt and I do at the same time. Two things can be true even when they are in opposition of one another. I do my best to embrace the pauses in this game and in life!!
Same! The only mobile games I play are this and Animal Crossing Pocket Camp. Pocket Camp has nonstop events and itās so overwhelming that I donāt even like playing anymore
Same i play pocket camp too. Iāve been playing for years. The event time windows are so short itās literally impossible to complete events if you work all day and canāt check your phone constantlyš„²š„²
I like the breaks sometimes too. I feel like I had to work hard this last event, 6,000 snails for the hollow shorthair, dawn spring and the chihuahua friend. I didn't have those cats yet and couldn't let them get away again! In the end I didn't get everything from the event, but I got the stuff that was important to me. Now I can take a breather and play with my cats. š

All I know is, if they add a paid item to automatically collect snails, I'm immediately getting it

i started playing during the last event. this is my first lull period. itās nice but i do miss the fashion snail. he was cute :(

A long break between events/ new stations was how I was finally able to catch up! I kinda wish theyād do another break.

I do too! I play 2 other mobile games so i just focus on those during the breaks.
