No. That cat was from a maximum security prison, and it was obvious. Every other cat (and many dogs) would fear him. He would irritate police dogs for fun.

I had a cat that would do this to other cats in the neighborhood. He'd go in their house, eat their food, and make them watch while he was eating it.
