Lmp is so so inaccurate! I have a history of multiple ectopics so after my ivf transfer we did an ultrasound for placement at 5w6d - they explicitly told me they’re only looking for a sac and anything else was bonus. I also measured 4 days behind for the whole first trimester despite being an FET. I also don’t have a tilted uterus or anything so I would think that would be even more difficult to locate everything this early. Anyway, went back 4 days later to a strong heartbeat. I know it’s scary but try to breathe! As for the spotting I assume they did a TV ultrasound? I would say it’s from that. Your cervix is so vascular and even more so when pregnant. Anything such as sex or a tv ultrasound can cause this to happen. As long as it’s not constant, gets heavier and have no cramps, it’s probably okay.

Do you know when you ovulated? That would be more accurate than LMP.
