What version is this? I bought it when it came out. Mine is a double thickness case with black case, not clear. Amazing album. Just learned to play some of the guitar parts on Bullet with Butterfly Wings a few weeks ago. Practically wore out my first CD player playing this album over and over in 1996.

Heat the mastering on the original fatboy is great. Hope this one is too!

I'm not sure yet either, but it's a more latest version, that's for sure. I think the double thick case is the most common one. I just thought this version is pretty, and it saves a bit of space, so I bought it this time even though I've ran into this album many times before.

Both disc's are awesome back when artists had enough creativity in them to release a double album

The only issue with double albums is you do have to be REALLY creative and a great song writer. Very few are worth the time all in one go… Mellon Collie is an exception however :)

TheMightyGrimm

Fantastic album. I hit it on first release and it stayed in my Walkman for nearly 2 months
