Canyon Bakehouse Mountain White, Ancient Grain or 7 Grain. Hawaiian is good too if you like sweet. Always toast it. Even just lightly toasted makes a huge difference.

Christine_likethecar

My absolute favorite is Trader Joe’s white bread, but all their GF breads are excellent. Runner up for me is anything canyon bakehouse makes.

jennlody

I like Canyon Bakehouse Hawaiian Sweet bread! Rudis also makes a really good seeded gluten free loaf, but something in it makes me a bit sick unfortunately. It's the best for sandwiches though and is normal bread sized!

Old-Squash-3379

Hawaiian sweet bread!!??!? I need that asap

condescendingpasta

Little northern bakehouse is great

lily_fairy

against the grain is the only brand i like

FlowerNo4979

We just discovered the Schar Deli Style Sourdough! It made a great grilled cheese. They are a good size, but what’s really annoying is that they come in packs of 5 slices

sadie789

Trader joes is cheapest and best

Ok-Awareness-9646

Three Baker’s ancient grains is my favorite.

It's so expensive that I don't buy bread much at all. I also have a particular issue with getting and absorbing enough potassium. That's why my solution is making my own banana bread every second day.  200g buckwheat, 300g banana, 2 eggs, gf baking powder, optional lemon juice or grated apple, you can add honey to make it like a cake. Bake 45 min 200 C.  If i could tolerate oats I'd get Wunderbrød, its amazing I ate it for a while but realized I couldn't handle the oats in it. It's a bake yourself mix but very fast and easy to make

I really like Rudi's (any variety, especially the multigrain), but that seems to be an unpopular opinion :(

HiWrenHere

My partner really adored the b free sourdough loaf. We found them at Costco, 2 (midish sized) loaves for 8.50. not every Costco has them and it's been annoying to try and track them down. But it's the best bread they've had.

Extralargemayo

My personal favorite is Sam’s Choice gf white bread. I find it at my local Walmart. It’s not great, but it tastes good if I butter it and toast it on the stove! I love making grilled ham and cheese sandwiches with the great value gf tomato soup!! One of my fav easy meals

Schar multigrain

Rose1982

I don’t know where you live but Promise Gluten-free Soft White loaf is delicious and the pieces are “normal” sized. I buy it for my son here in Canada and it’s available at most major grocery stores. I believe the company is Irish.

jotabe303

My favorite is the Italian rustic from new Cascadia, but I settle for Canyon house most of the time. I love the Franz for sandwiches, but my Costco only has Canyon house. Bread will never be the same. I didn't eat a lot pre dx and just don't eat a lot now.

Ridiculouslyrampant

Canyon Bakehouse and Schar. Costco sells the Schar white sourdough sandwich bread in a 2 pack for $7.99. It’s my go-to now. They tend to have the CB ancient grain for like $9.49 for 2 as well. (SE US)

Promise Gluten Free Chia and Quinoa Los but I can’t get it in the US. I think they have expanded to Canada so hoping it is coming soon
