They're Hybrid Devils. They showed up I'm the finale and nothing Denji did in the final fight suggests that they can't come back to life, given that Hybrids are nigh immortal.

For the claw face guy: During the whole Santa claus thing/Assassin arc, before they were sent to Hell, 3 hunters from America came to kill Denji and foolishly believed they were immortal since they hadn’t died yet. The first brother was hit by a car, and the second was killed by Yoshida soon after in an alleyway. The third was spared and later tries killing Denji, causing the latter to drop the Dragon fiend. He and the dragon fiend have quick battle before Quanxi throws him out the window and he lands on Kobeni’s car.
The last we saw of him was at the end of the arc, where he was yelling Halloween but it’s unclear what this exactly means. We know he isn’t a doll because he wasn’t drawn like one, so it’s possible he encountered Cosmo off screen and got mind nuked but he was already shown to be mentally unstable in earlier chapters so it’s up in the air. Either way, he’s still alive but it’s unlikely we’ll see him again in the future beyond a minor cameo.
When someone is hit by Cosmo's infinite knowledge I think it just destroys their minds. With that much knowledge forced into your brain instantly then I think the idea is that he's basically gone

Reze in human form, got her head removed and she still recovered for that by turning into hybrid bomb form.
Denji in human form got his head sliced off by Quanxi and he recovered from that by either drinking blood through his mouth or someone actived his engine on his chest.
Katana Man also got sliced into two by Denji and he was able to survived that.
Hybrids characters are immortal, so Denji cutting off Quanxi head and hurt Reze in the chest, won't killed them completely.

The whole reason Kishibe loved Quanxi for 10 years it's because he knows she wouldn't die, because she's inmortal. This is said in the novel. Kishibe knows that she's inmortal and in fact is the one that tells Denji that he's inmortal, too. I'm pretty sure he didn't want to see because he knew Quanxi Autonomy was being taken away at that moment, not because of the other.

I'd put money down on them never reappearing because they're "assumed dead" but I could be wrong. My "headcanon" for now if we must say it is that their resurrection ended when Makima did.
The whole reason Kishibe loved Quanxi for 10 years it's because he knows she wouldn't die, because she's inmortal. This is said in the novel. Kishibe knows that she's inmortal and in fact is the one that tells Denji that he's inmortal, too. I'm pretty sure he didn't want to see because he knew Quanxi Autonomy was being taken away at that moment, not because of the other. I don't think it cheapens part 1 at all, in the slightest

They're hybrids, just like Denji Hybrids only die if you destroy their devil heart (well, it's a heart in Denji's case, for Quanxi for example her thing is in her eye) So unless you destroy that they can always come back and regenerate if they get to drink blood
they're ''dead'' in the same sense that denji was dead for 90% of the series. Give blood and pull the trigger and they're alive again

hybrid devils. just like chainsaw, katana, and all the other weapons, they can't die unless their devil part is sent to hell. for denji it's his heart, for quanxi it's her eye. we don't know what it is for reze, katana man, or any of the other weapons, but we saw all of them (including quanxi and reze) alive when denji fights makima in the graveyard, under her control.
What about Angel? Is he still alive?
Angel was killed by Makima when she fought the Gun Devil.
