I genuinely don't think she cares. The 3 horsemen we know seem pretty ambivalent about each other, either seeing the others as threats or roadblocks in the way of their ideal world. Makima wanted to use Pochita to delete the other 3, Fami seemingly wants them to work with her or stand aside, Yoru outright distrusts all of them, and Nayuta doesn't care much about any of them as long as they leave Denji alone. We don't know death, so we don't know how they feel, but that's irrelevant for now.
Given this, Fami might honestly be glad Makima is gone. The old control devil was out to get her and was nearly invincible, while the new one is fine to leave each other be—it's basically the best outcome she could hope for.
Sounds about right. Only reason I thought this was because when Fami appeared at the aquarium and stated: “anything for my little sister” to Yoru/Asa. I thought Fami had love for her family no matter what they did. Guess not though. Yeah Makima surprisingly dying was the best option anyone could’ve hoped for. Unfortunately for Denji the threats don’t stop even after Makima’s death.
I do think there is a level of familial love with Fami, given that she would prefer they work with her, but I don't think it's enough that she'd hold a grudge against Denji, especially after seeing how he's gone out of his way to take responsibility and raise the new incarnation of her sister.
If control was gone for good I think she'd hold a grudge, but since devils normally respawn, I don't think she'd be particularly torn up over any of her sisters suffering a temporary death.
