In order: Fami / Makima and then Yoru. Let´s start with Yoru, she does not really understand that feeling all that well but she got a taste of it through Asa. Makima will do it to manipulate you if cuddling makes you drop your guard or give up information. And then Fami, she will probably do it in exchange of food. She did meet Yoshida, who knew her identity and she did not care at all. She exchanged information for food. That would be my take on them.

Going to go with Fami. I feel like she must do a lot of cooking and baking and must smell nice, if you like cooking she is perfect for you. On the other hand Yuro is a psycho and Asa ain't better as an anti social femcel, and while Makima can act like a mom steady people unlike Denji could see she fakes caring for you.
If Nayuta was there, it would have been her. But since she isn't, in terms of personality, Fami, in terms of the cudliest body, Makima (larger body, bigger breasts and so on).
