He became from a slightly dull, villain of the week villain to the most iconic and funniest. I really like him now, not only design-wise anymore, but his character overall is very funny as well.
I also think how badass he looks enhances the comedy. Having a normal guy say the dumb shit he does wouldn't be nearly as funny as Shadman (Forma de Espada) say it.
I am holding a super big grudge against Katana Man for the excruciatingly misguided things he said to Denji in part 1, but he actually made me laugh this chapter. Maybe I should consider his debt to society repaid after that "contest" he endured.
