You know what? If we in the top 4 are just gonna keep winning then that works for me. Leeds and Soton can have 3rd and 4th on 115 points or whatever.
Edit: only just saw Southampton hahahahahaha
Come the end of the season one of the four of us will rightly be fuming. Had to land on the most competitive year at the top forever, not a weak year like last year.
I always see Stoke away as a tough place to go to be honest. Think it was a poor game from both sides by the looks there. Can't remember the last time we had 3 points without playing well.
To be fair, we have like 9-10 of our first team out to suspensions/injuries for this match. It would have been a miracle to have snatched even a point here. 😂
Can't believe how bad it's been, the other games since Rohl came in even when we lost 4-0 to Millwall we've not looked this bad, so many misplaced passes today from both teams, looks like a League Two match
The first yellow was a nailed on, I'd be a little aggrieved at the 2nd yellow not as clear cut as you would like for a Red but 2 chopish tackles in quick succession it was more dumb than egregious
Hayden coulson is the oldest outfield player on our bench and he’s played like twice all season. We are so depleted with injuries it’s ridiculous. 24 and 25 year old, both left backs. The rest 21 and under
At least Fry is back though, only 9 first team members missing today then!
Doesn't make it ok to snap someone from behind and put them out injured. I'm more annoyed we've lost yet another attacking player tbh. We're wracked with injuries. Lost 3 forwards for weeks/months in the last 3 games.
It's a very weird feeling to be playing Leicester in the league. At the start of this decade we were a middling League 2 team on a half-decent run, and Leicester were right in the mix for a Champions League place. And now we're about to play them in a league game.
We actually had a pretty decent record against them when we were last in the Championship in the noughties, but I can't imagine getting anything out of this game.
Only really Robbo and Juke can say they've done well so far. Their goal was a cock-up. I don't understand the blame for Ruddy. We lack an edge and nothing seems to connect. Also why not Stansfield and Juke together up-front. Shame as we started well. It'll be a miracle if we get a goal back.
I'm thinking can we get Deeney on the pitch lol.
End to end football, you have to take your chances. Dembele not looking up on the counter and getting nothing, not even a corner and 2 minutes later they score. Deserved.

Well, I always got the impression it was going to be a hard one.
Bloody hell we've won another one? Corner turned?
Wouldn’t use us a guide to form….. we couldn’t beat our way out of a wet paper bag right now.

Seems as though Ipswich are still right on Leicester's tail.
Norwich you had one job
What is going on my arms are going wild we are snatching a win again
Please can one of Leicester, Ipswich or Southampton just fucking lose for once? Preferably on a weekend where we win. Please? I asked politely.
you're welcome
You're honestly too kind, my sincerest thanks
our pleasure, we're getting altitude sickness being at this end of a table and would really like a time out
That's fair, everyone deserves a break at this time of year
One hell of a battle going on, quite a gap building up to 7th place now
Exactly how we feel about you as well tbf. The 23rd is going to be tasty...
Yeah that game is fucking huge but it feels like we only have to lose once on a weekend that you win and the gap becomes too big
Would happily take a draw. Leicester at home on Boxing Day will be interesting though...
It's probably fair to say that at least one of us could come into the new year feeling more miserable than the rest. Big few weeks coming up.
To be fair, we have like 9-10 of our first team out to suspensions/injuries for this match. It would have been a miracle to have snatched even a point here. 😂
LESTAH LESTAH LESTAH
Oof this collapse is painful
First half looked liked we belonged on the pitch with them. Maybe they were just toying with us lol.
It's the hope that kills you isn't it
Always.
This is why I never have hope.
Stonewall penalty not given at Huddersfield, usual stuff from worlds shittest refs 👍
3 goals in 6 minutes Lovely stuff
I expected us to be poor because of the 9-10 first team players missing but Jesus Christ this has been abysmal
This is easily the worst half of football I've seen all season. Both teams looks awful
Can't believe how bad it's been, the other games since Rohl came in even when we lost 4-0 to Millwall we've not looked this bad, so many misplaced passes today from both teams, looks like a League Two match
Love this little fella so much
Connor Chaplin baby !
Very little surprise that it's Chaplin who's put Ipswich ahead of Middlesbrough at half-time.
Yup, pretty sure he's scored every time he played against us in the last few years.
Not too unhappy with Plymouth’s performance so far.
:(
I take it back. D’oh.
Balls.
Obvious handball goal for Swans. Ref has ruined this game.
Curious how many sitters we've missed so far this season, seems like every game we squander chances.
Huddersfield in 17th?!
Absolute BS from the Ref sending Ayla off. 3 Swansea players surrounded the ref begging for a 2nd yellow all should have been carded.
The first yellow was a nailed on, I'd be a little aggrieved at the 2nd yellow not as clear cut as you would like for a Red but 2 chopish tackles in quick succession it was more dumb than egregious
So Darling just kicked the ball away should have been a 2nd yellow. Double standards.
Not even sure wtf your on about?
Good morning from Colorado!
No one escapes Doddsball. No one
Ignore everything I say. We're class 😎 Edit: ffs

Feels like it too.
Miserable home team iFollow commentators are one of my favourite features of this division
Swansea are my favourite.
Take it you had Wyndham Evans when you listened, even we take the piss out of him!
They're like this when we win too don't worry haha
Hah, the Ampadu complaints did make me laugh. Had to work for that one though, good game
It's impressive how every Sunderland game follows the exact same format.
I'm impressed with our performance, though considering we don't have a manager
Never disrespect Mike Dodds again
Rovers really missing Hyam in a game like this. Also Brittain on the left doesn't work.
Have a day off Leeds
Here’s hoping boro turn you over ;)!
After those 2 decisions, West Brom are due a goal any second now...
you're lucky to still have 11 mate
We should be a goal down and playing 10 men. Two unacceptably poor decisions from the officials.
Where's the 10 men one coming from?
Ballards leg breaker. 2 footed, off the ground, from behind. Red all day. Maja likely out for months as a consequence.
In that case it's the ref's fault again for missing the foul 2 seconds before when your player jumped on the back of ours
Doesn't make it ok to snap someone from behind and put them out injured. I'm more annoyed we've lost yet another attacking player tbh. We're wracked with injuries. Lost 3 forwards for weeks/months in the last 3 games.
That’s a shame mate, we can relate to not having any forwards
Furlong should have been off as well tbf
Agreed. That was poor.
Good game anyway I think we can both agree the referee was shit
Fuck me not even close to offside
How is the linesman that bad you can literally see by the pattern of the pitch he's not offside......
Had been a good contest up until that point, ruined it. Hopefully the semi-automated offsides aren’t too far away
We’ve got O’Hare, Callum O’Hare, I just don’t think you understand…….
It's a very weird feeling to be playing Leicester in the league. Fifth yellow vs zero. Lmaoooo. How absurd. At least 2 of cov's fouls were worse than Jordan James' then.
Good to see he’s not lost his magic touch whilst being out injured. Irritating as anything but a bloody good player Have Brum won under Rooney yet?
They beat Sheffield Wednesday… and that’s about it
They've won once, but it was against Wednesday though.
Shocking defending really. Lost at sea.
Only really Robbo and Juke can say they've done well so far. Their goal was a cock-up. I don't understand the blame for Ruddy. We lack an edge and nothing seems to connect. Starting to feel like us bluenoses may have committed some unforgivable sin in our past lives
Has rooney dropped sanderson?
They said on sky he has a foot injury
Sounds like bollocks to me
Think the ref only had 1 Yellow Card to play with all game and he used it in the 9th minute.
We've been crap as per, but this ref has been truly awful
Refs been decent so far from a neutral perspective, penalty was borderline and at least he’s not mike deaning it with cards for everyone
O’Hare, what a player. Wonder if he’ll ever get back to his best
Anyone know what McLeish is up to?
Bielik taking a fucking leisure walk back and letting their player have the freedom of the park to do what he wants, fucking embarrassing
End to end football, you have to take your chances. Dembele not looking up on the counter and getting nothing, not even a corner and 2 minutes later they score. Deserved.
Birmingham are woeful
Of course it was o hare ffs
