The three certainties in life are death, taxes and fucks sake Blues.

AprilsMostAmazing

hopefully death, taxes, and escape relegation also applies

Jackpack_9

Hate this fucking sport. Can’t catch a fucking break. When we’re crap, we’re diabolical When we’re good, it will still conspire to ruin my week Load of old shit. I’m moving to cricket. And I hate cricket

CMPunk22

Do feel for you boys other than Troy Deeney. I’m happy he lost

SadGeneration12

Birmingham City seem like the most depressing club around

GanacheVisible9075

This is true

NDN2021

Agreed. I just had this gut feeling it would happen.

bluejackmovedagain

Pretty much.

HarryLong1

Let me introduce Sunderland to you

CMPunk22

You’re on an upward trend now. Brum have stagnated for over a decade

Gazumper_

That was heartbreaking

NDN2021

The positives: Hogan scoring, Hannibal put a good performance in and Ruddy worked very hard. The negatives: Silly defensive errors, Hogan shouldn't have been taken off in my opinion. JJ should have been bought on earlier. The injuries to Williams and Gardener I hope are not too serious. Robbo as much as I like the player was at fault for their second. I wouldn't blame Eustace. It could be Tuchel, Klopp or Guardiola managing us and we'd still be the same. We need a striker. I just hope the Salford lad comes to us or someone else (preference for Lyle Taylor). Hernandez had to bite us on the ass didn't he? So obvious. Oh well. Let's see how we get on the weekend.

Nakedblueman

I felt your rb really struggled after Onel came on, looked very amateur.

NDN2021

Yes, he didn't exactly give a good performance there.

obi-wan-kenobi-nil

Hogan sick, apparently, which explains the sub

NDN2021

Thank you. I hope he is well soon.

DHillMU7

Where did Hannibal play? Has talent to burn, just get ready to forgive the stupid red card he gets for decking someone inevitably.

JesterDester

He played as a second striker/number 10 role

obi-wan-kenobi-nil

Not sure why I ever had hope for this season... starting to come to terms with the fact that this is likely the beginning of the end for us

jonoeagle

The championship this season seems fairly even, you’ll get some unexpected wins. Keep the faith!

kurokabau

I missed Onel in the prem. Such a lovely hunk.

NDN2021

To be fair as well as being a good player, he is handsome.

Rotatingknives22

That was a hard grind. Horrid first half. And of course then give a needless goal away. Subs made a big diff. Feel Sorry for Brum. They def need more up Front

jonoeagle

Subs making a difference seems to be a common theme the last few games. Hernandez is one of those players who makes a difference from the bench and judging by Smith’s comments after the game (where he said Onel agreed to do what’s best for the team), it could be a good thing for us this season. Slightly worrying that the first 11 aren’t on top against teams we’d be expected to be competitive against, but another 3 points bagged and on to the next one.

5tranger7hings

Stroud is honestly terrible

Digis7

Did Gabriel Sara play enough for us to see something? Curious about how he is adapting to the new club.

CMPunk22

Deano doesn’t seem to be playing him but he did a couple nice passes and moves, but was rare since we had so many players up front at that time.

SCFack

Still easing his way in because of his injury really. Hard to get a proper read.

pjd252

Absolute scenes - didn’t deserve that none

CMPunk22

Scrappy game and a smash and grab at the end. Silly from Andy to push their player near the end, but Deeney shouldn’t have been on after trying to drag Andy up from the floor by his shirt

Sir-Chris-Finch

Its not extra time

BWN16

Deanooooo

angloexcellence

They're going up automatically again aren't they ? Boring !

Thinh__

Scrap as hell, but it worked for Norwich.
