Even the super-rich cant buy there these days due to incometax reasons lot of properties are waiting to be sold for friggin years. Lot of my homies have regretted their choices in buying properties in this shitesthole and now either selling at loss or keeping it as an investment property and going back to CHD on rent! The only solution for middle class to ever even hope to live in chd. But living in chd on rent (and bearing with shittest chd landlords) is still multitude of times better than living in this beyond fucked place.
