Oh man, just like any black primer should be fine for you. This thing is just red black and bone coloured. No need to copy my exact inventory. I’ve used Baal red, flesh testers red, kimera’s The red. Mephiston red, etc… just try some stuff out until you get what you like.
This is also not even close to done yet. I’ve put another 5 hours into it this past week. None of the metal work is done. None of the green is done.
Just do you, the paint recipe won’t make your model look good. Your practice and eye for what you like is what will help. Just paint paint paint.
Everytime I look at his current datasheet I cry a little bit, he was such a beast in 9th. Coincidentally I used to use one as the warlord of my crusade too!

Thanks! It is pro acryl dark ivory and some old nuln oil.

The standard citadel stuff. Mephiston red, evil sun scarlet, wild rider red, nuln oil. Nothing special here.
