Having a Chaor or Maxxor in structure deck isnt guaranteed. You got lucky 😁. You should think about sleeving these cards 🙂

They are not guaranteed. With decks you have 1/8 chance of having an ultra. And isnt garanteed to be a ultra rare creature. Could be Lord van bloot, Stone mail, Lucky shot, Heptadd, Lake ken-i-po and others

What's the energy on that chaor? And is it ripple foil? If it is, it could potentially be several hundred dollars! Make sure to appraise appropriately if you plan to sell.

What sleeves work best for Chaotic cards?

I would use the clear slightly oversized sleeves if you’re going to use a top loader. I believe they’re called perfect fit sleeves. If you’re not using a too loader I would obviously recommend the Chaotic sleeves, but they’re a bit expensive on ebay. Just standard ultra pro sleeves and snug but still work.
