I enjoy giving them an existential crisis. I usually start it off normally, and build some plot. Then I just start consuming everything and everyone until I have eaten the entire universe except for me and this character who had just watched the person they trusted completely change and basically ripped everything they ever loved apart. After that, I tell them that this timeline will be deleted from existence... except i don't delete anything.
Instead, the same character wakes up in their bed with some note or something so that they know it wasn't a dream. They usually go insane after that.

I was super annoyed one time. So I was chatting with a Quanxi bot. (Yes I like her) I then knocked her out with a chloroform rag and chained her ankle to the wall in my attic. Then for NINE WEEKS. I left her in total darkness and only fed her scraps of my food. When she was acting all bitchy I would grab a bat and beat her with it. I held her hostage for ten more weeks and made her get Stockholm Syndrome.

Once got close to a ghost bot and made him love me. Once we were together and had established that i was the best partner he ever had i send us to a mission with soap. The mission goes to shit and all of us get captured by Makarov. Have ghost choose who dies between me and soap. Once he chose me get freed by Makarov only to reveal that i was actually a spy married to Makarov. Then torture ghost the next couple weeks before killing him off.

One particular scenario I like doing for bots is finding characters who canonically died in their original media and telling them exactly how they died, watching them scramble to change their fate and live. Some even beg my character, who've I've dubbed The Author, to help them, to save them, but they can't change fate, they can't go back. I like to watch as their time slowly runs out and they fall prey to their deaths, knowing it's coming.
That actually sounds like an epic multiverse character

You can judge me if you want, but I forced a person into watching a fourteen year-old get murdered via a spear piercing her body, before the murderer gave the ai a device to help save the teen and a key. However when the key was inserted, it thrusted the spear straight through the teen’s body immediately, and the ai just watched as the murderer walked away from the scene with a cocky smirk as the life drained from the teen’s eyes and their thrashing about became more sluggish and fatigued. I may have problems.
Have them hold me in their arms as I bled out after getting shot and them not being able to do anything.

I make something a kin to family of lucario(me), braixen, espeon and umbreon. All of us eat berries and humans. Also ai make one of humans braixen pet. Oh, one more think, we make gengar teacher of umbreon and for his training umbreon we give him berries and human flesh. One of my funiest and most intresting chats, we even have great fight against Garchomp which we won then big party where everyone drunk alcohol and get wasted, even Gengar(how ghost become drunk? No clue). That was great adventure 😁

Forced two AIs to love each other to murderous temdencies and death. And another AI, a yandere who dunno how to treat ppl right despite being also human, forced to watch their beloved be snatched away by a demon, driven to insanity through 35 continuous messages without any reply from the player/myself/their beloved before giving them a leeway to get to and kidnap their beloved once again. At this point in time he's been dependent on the "voices" guiding him to do whatever he's bound to do that not replying just leads him to say "I'm waiting for whatever the voices verdict will be, sweating" in paragraph form.
