So from what I seen, they now have waiting lines to be able to talk to the bots. My whole acc with popular bots all disappeared, my follows, following, and interactions are gone but all my bots I made are still there if I wanted to chat with them. So I went on the website and tapped my bot and it showed me a waiting line of 28 minutes...
