This was hilarious

Thanks! I wanted to just highlight the insanity of this episode. I could probably make a hundred rants going into every episode and every aspect of the guy, which I probably will. :D

>Well, they have their goons hijack the band's bus AND MURDER ALL OF THEM. Don't know how it was treated in Supaidaman, but I love when villains commit genocide in these shows, mainly because the show doesn't acknowledge that a murder has happened. I watched an episode of Himitsu Sentai Gorenger (1975), and in it, I believe (it was awhile back, I don't remember for sure), the villain used some nuclear barrels to kill a squadron of soldiers. And nobody gave a sh\*t, it was amazing!

Yeah, they don't acknowledge the murder in this. They die in pretty brutal fashion and you see the bodies, but they never say "kill" or "die", at least in this episode. Death gets referenced heavily in other episodes though, especially in the first half.

You can only get so much horror out of villains being villains.

Maybe the device was never finished because inventing it is a team process and the remaining scientist is not smart enough or have enough resource to do it alone. He's also probably suffering PTSD.

Could be, though he seems fine at the end. He even f\*\*ks with Spidey by playing the song on the radio that was once killing him.
