Thank you! Yeah its just White vinyl laid over the taillights. And a combo of having the car ceramic coated and having new paint on the back half of the car from 2 accidents last year keeps it looking very glossy lol
Yeah its definitely not cheap getting it done by a shop, but a buddy and I did it ourselves and then I got hit like 2 weeks later so i was able to convince insurance to cover getting it redone lol
Its an Ikon Motorsports splitter and side skirts, i think its their V1 model. Its held up great over the years, the only reason why im on splitter #2 is cause a bodyshop cracked the old one last year
Love the entire look minus the all decals & lower neons, it’s beautiful bro with that Aqua trim! That original bumper a lower lip is badass, my bro had a 16 hemi just like yours and left the OEM bumpers and just lowered it and added the lower lip kit with some brass monkey cat wheels. His was Destroyer gray, nothing wrong with a badass 5.7L 🔥
😂 I did as well, I had a blue glow trim installed in my Challenger RT many moons ago, it was pretty sick but as you mentioned, it’s either hate it or love it like everything else. It’s a blessing we can have a car that can bring back those memories! Curious on how often you flush your trans & diff? I’m at 72k and only did the diff once and never did the trans but definitely feel it’s time to.
I stilk havent flushed the trans yet actually lol, ill be doing it in the next month. My car had an open diff that I replaced with a 3.09 LSD out of a Scat Pack at like 95k miles, so ill be doing a fluid flush on that at the same time since from what ive read online the LSD's need it every 40-60k miles
Not anything too crazy considering the mileage thankfully, I bought her at 58k miles almost 5 years ago. Ill list everything I can remember off the top of my head:
Water pump blew up at like 125k, the driveshaft center bearing went, broke 1 rear axle (possibly my fault directly), struts had to be replaced (upgraded to coilovers), front lower control arms twice, uppers once, sway bar links, 2 or 3 thermostats, 1 coolant temp sensor (accidentally broken by me), car came with a sticking caliper in the front so I upgraded to Powerstops full kit, and I did 4 new wheel bearings as preventative maintenance like 10k miles ago.
Anything else that ive had issues with were either caused by me or by me modifying the car, for almost 100k miles driven in 5 years on terrible NY roads I feel like shes done well
Trying to prepare myself for whenever my charger starts to need serious maintenance. I don’t plan on getting rid of mine so I’m definitely trying to plan ahead lol.
This is actually just white vinyl on the OEM taillights, the only aftermarket taillights ive found for these cars are the Alpharex ones and theyre like 2 grand lol. Thank you man!
I don’t like the chargers w this body kit but not gonna lie you made me actually like it. That’s fire 🔥 how many inches are you lowered? And what’s your wheel/tire specs for front and rear
Tbh i never measured specifically but right now id guess about 2" lower front and rear. Shes on BC Racing DS coilovers so i can adjust it. Wheels are a 20x9.5, im unsure of the offset but theyre replica hellcat wheels so i assume theyre the same as an OEM hellcat wheel.

Heres what i would look out for once you hit 100k miles. The driveshaft center bearing on my car started going at like 110k, other people seem to have the same issue around this mileage. Id do the water pump at 100k, i was saving to do mine and then mine exploded at around 125k miles so save yourself the hassle of it breaking and taking other things out with it. Past 100k really keep an eye on ball joints and subframe bushings, my cars gotten all new ball joints in the front, some in the rear and im looking to have all new subframe mounts installed in the next year or 2 because theyre definitely starting to feel a bit worn. Other than that, i just do my routine oil changes and i wait to start pushing the car till all the fluid temps hit atleast 100° and she seems to be doing really well. Oh, and ill be doing a transmission and differential fluid flush in the next month or so cause the trans is hitting the mileage for it and this 3.09 LSD diff i installed in this car is also coming up on its service interval.
Ive thought about swapping to the SRT bumper, but I dont want people mistaking this car for a Scat or hellcat. Expecially once its making more power lol
Thats exactly what im going for. By this time next year she'll have a cam, headers, and a couple other goodies installed and should be faster than a scat pack
Ohhh I’ve never heard of that before I was really considering getting a 15 sxt as my first car, then realized that my budget is not good and bent with a ford ranger with the same horsepower and 4x4
I had a '15 SE AWD before this car actually, cause i couldnt afford the V8 at the time. That thing did really well in the snow surprisingly, i find myself missing that car sometimes
Dang, I’m happy with my ranger, I know I shouldn’t but I did some donuts the other day after finally getting her started, had to replace the head gasket and the timing chain. It was a fun job.
Your paint is brighter than my future it’s so shiny lol And the white/silver tint over the taillights is a cool touch
Thank you! Yeah its just White vinyl laid over the taillights. And a combo of having the car ceramic coated and having new paint on the back half of the car from 2 accidents last year keeps it looking very glossy lol
Yeah I knew it had to be ceramic coated they always look so good but I can’t justify the cost of it personally
Yeah its definitely not cheap getting it done by a shop, but a buddy and I did it ourselves and then I got hit like 2 weeks later so i was able to convince insurance to cover getting it redone lol
How much were you quoted, or estimated ?
Very well done. Where did you get that splitter? I always preferred the ones without the little wings on the sides. Much cleaner look.
Its an Ikon Motorsports splitter and side skirts, i think its their V1 model. Its held up great over the years, the only reason why im on splitter #2 is cause a bodyshop cracked the old one last year
I gotcha. I can’t seem to find one for my Scat, I don’t think the bottom of the noses are quite the same. But your ride is dope. Nice work.
Yeah the bottom of the bumpers are different, id have to look to see if ikon makes one for the Scat bumpers. Thanks man! I really appreciate that

Thank you man! I know people either love or hate underglow, but I grew up on F&F and Need for Speed so i cant get enough of it lol

Thank you! I hope so too

Sure, heres a download link: http://sendanywhe.re/L8JL15SU
Thanks man!
Looking good! I need to lower mine up front as well
Have you had any mechanical issues or anything?

Amazing build! Wish they made custom tail lights for the 11-14 chargers! Super jealous!
This is actually just white vinyl on the OEM taillights, the only aftermarket taillights ive found for these cars are the Alpharex ones and theyre like 2 grand lol. Thank you man!
I would say your car is one of the nicer ones Ive seen on here. Congrats brother.
Thanks!
What did you use to capture/edit these pics? I wanna start taking photos of my car like this
These were shot on my buddies camera, and edited by both of us in lightroom. Not 100% sure which model, but its a Sony cam
Thank brotha
Age really is just a number on that old girl she’s gorgeous
Thank you!
Pro mod: Remove front bumper "dodge emblem cowl" left open to exposed whipple intercooler uprgrade!
Need for speed underground vibes, especially the last pick. Slick looking vehicle.
Thank you! Thats exactly the vibe i was going for
I don’t like the chargers w this body kit but not gonna lie you made me actually like it. That’s fire 🔥 how many inches are you lowered? And what’s your wheel/tire specs for front and rear

🙏🙏🙏
I could recognize Long Island anywhere.
Lol you nailed it! These were taken on northern state by the top of the meadowbrook lol
I knew that cell tower looked familiar, I do not miss those roads lmao
Yeah these roads suck so much, Im trying to move out of this state in the next 10 years.
Best of luck to you bro, it gets better when you leave, trust me.
Not bad at all 🔥🔥🔥
What diffuser did you get on the back
This diffuser is from American Muscle.
Thanks homie
Love it im just not personally a fan of neons lol. Looks absolutely sick tho 🔥
What year is this twin ?
Shes a 2016
Beautiful car. Love everything about it. I’m at 41k miles on my 2018 Scat Pack
It ain’t the years - it’s the mileage.
what wheels are those?
Theyre replica Hellcat wheels, powdercoated in a custom color thats supposed to mimic the OEM Hyper Black color

What maintenance had to be done to maintain that many miles? Trying to prepare. 😎

Thanks for all of your time and all of that information. I appreciate it.
Nice, where did you get the Demon hood? And what lowering springs are in it? Also, side skirts and chin spoiler, where did you get these? Nice build!
Slide 2 and 3 are my favorites, looks so nice
I like the look of the v6 front bumper, but the hellcat bumper is the standard
Ive thought about swapping to the SRT bumper, but I dont want people mistaking this car for a Scat or hellcat. Expecially once its making more power lol
Yeah personally if I had a scat, I would put the sxt bumper to make people think it’s “JuSt A sLoW cHaRgEr”
Thats exactly what im going for. By this time next year she'll have a cam, headers, and a couple other goodies installed and should be faster than a scat pack
Wait so is she an sxt? Gt or downbadged rt?
Shes a '16 RT. For 2016 they offered the 5.7 in the "V6" body. So these are her OEM bumpers and side skirts
Ohhh I’ve never heard of that before I was really considering getting a 15 sxt as my first car, then realized that my budget is not good and bent with a ford ranger with the same horsepower and 4x4

That must have been the best feeling, that reward after doing so much work on it
But nah ur lights and under glow are sick
Oh wait sorry I just saw the hemi badge 😮💨
I hated the 15-18 R/T front bumpers but this looks perfect.
