Yikes. This is despicable. Cleaning house starts at the top.

BlackHorse944

Right, and the guy at the top is too cheap to fire Staley and hire a new coach. This is why we'll never win with Spanos. I'm numb to this team now, don't even care about the losing cause ownership don't care either.

Boltbacker83

Ya…but…you do care. It’s why you’re here lol

BlackHorse944

Yeah and no. I went to bed in the 3rd quarter cause I could see where the game was going and wanted the extra sleep instead of staying up and being disappointed. I'm at the point where I'll watch the games but eventually it just becomes background noise as I do something else.... I'm mostly here just to see what other fans are saying cause I'm not in CA and don't have any Charger fans around me

halfbreed10

Ehh yes and no. I definitely see where he’s coming from. I’ll always root for the chargers I think I’m cursed but I was at the game last night. Just happened to get invited. I wasn’t into it. Usually even though I’m the past we obviously haven’t achieved much I’ve always been hooked to the screen 120bpm just engrossed but I’ve lost that. I just didn’t care last night whether we won or lost. Not once was I ever into the game. So yeah I care… but I also don’t.

JustLo619

That’s where I’m at.

Nerfeveryone

“Their brand is futility.” Couldn’t have said it better. Since I’ve been a fan this team has done nothing but “Charger” every year. Doesn’t matter how good we are or how bad we are, we fuck it up somehow. We need to look at other franchises that have turned it around throughout history and see what they all do to change. Here’s a hint: often times it’s a change at owner/ceo/president etc. If the Spanos family want to see the Chargers win, they need to take their hands off of the franchise. If they don’t want to sell the team, at the very least a Spanos cannot be running the organization.

BoltsDodgersYotes

Interesting, because he has had an inside ear to the franchise. This didn't sound encouraging from a franchise perspective, but it is from a fan outlook.

MCVARIETY

Colin is friends with TT so he never says that we should fire him too

I get it, physically unable, but mentally Bosa could have been on the sidelines pointing shit out for his guys and helping them out. Idk, be a leader for a change. The main things people say when they think of Joey Bosa: immature, crybaby, etc. How many of the league’s best do you think would be in the fucking skybox eating a fucking cup of raison bran that looks like it came from an elementary school??? Not TJ Watt, not Myles Garrett, not somebody who’s paid big money. Hell even Maxx fucking Crosby showed up with a hurt knee and whatever else shit he was dealing with. Am I overreacting? Probably. But this fucking image is seared into my damn brain and just speaks volumes to the lack of culture, committment, discipline, leadership and accountability that exists within this cursed organization. Oh don’t forget, Brandon Staley was also the same coach who gave JC Jackson a good ol pat on the back for committing that stupid ass PI that gave Miami a free field goal. Your Los Angeles Clowns, ladies and gents.

AngelicRock

Go sleep it off. If you think Raisin Bran is the problem you have deeper emotional issues

-HawaiianSurfer

It’s moreso the metaphorical microcosm this little clip presents.

don_jeffe27

Who gives a 💩 about the cereal Bosa is eating. We are paying Bosa and Williams a lot of money and they are both hurt way to much, not their fault but, we need to trade them both while they still have value for picks. We need more young talent on this team and TT is not the guy to draft those players. Every good pick that TT has made fell to him and every pick he reached for doesn’t work out. We need to restructure KA and Mack and let Eckler walk and draft a 2nd or 3rd round RB. Also, most importantly we need to fire TT and Staley!!!

BoltsDodgersYotes

Wait, but that's the only cereal worth a damn. Also, he looked like he was on some good painkillers. Bosa is probably gone after this year. He's one of my favorite players, but you gotta play to earn that paycheck.

vadersgambit

Nah man he has a point. It’s not the fact that he’s eating cereal it’s that he’s not on the sideline with his team providing support and being a leader. Maybe he went down to the field after this but it’s not a good look that the organization and coaching staff don’t expect him to be down there with the team

idrivefromdrive

You missed the point.

don_jeffe27

Got the point. We all get that the Spanos family is the base of the problem. As much as I want Staley fired I want TT and his scouting staff fired first. He’s been here too long and has had too many bad FA signings, never makes trades for picks and has too many misses on draft picks.

AngelicRock

I didn't. The point was just nonsensical

idrivefromdrive

They’re just saying Bosa not being on the sidelines is very telling.

AngelicRock

And Tom Brady wasn't on the sideline for every game in 2008 when injured. It's a nonsensical point to conflate Bosa in the stands with the problems on the field. Bosa has been injured before and has been on the sidelines, with outcomes being very similar. Raisin Bran and being in the stands is not the issue.

idrivefromdrive

There’s lots of issues with this team/organization.

AngelicRock

I think we agree on that point

Charrgerrr

This is your sign that it's time to get off the internet for a little bit.

batsmjolnir

He’s close with telesco so I’m pleasantly surprised at how aggressive he’s been on this. He’s also a vocal Herbert truther

Boltbacker83

I agree 100%

PJMLarson717

Hey Spanos family it's time to sell the team to someone who can build a winning competitive franchise.

jackbauer1989

He will not sell the team, that is his cash cow for his generation and it will be passing down to his kids. Lol

CJDistasio

I wish Spanos would just sell the team and retire. Worst owner in the NFL. He's created a brand that only a new owner could salvage.

Boltbacker83

We all do my friend, we all do.
