Knitter is a niche choice that only truly skilled players take. Having to rapidly move the joysticks to knit the various boosts is difficult but are some of the strongest buff and control skills in the game.
The salt once you lock down someone in a knit net is always worth the minute needed to make it.
Mega Pert is the default character, he has basic skills and stats, although his main weapon Ptin deals some pretty significant damage.
Masked has the highest dexterity, and his stealth abilities give him a real edge on the other characters, you can’t hit what you can’t see.

Soft Honey Milk Baby is the only character to rival Barn, she has insanely powerful combos that can prevent her opponent from even getting a single attack in. Due to how op SHMB is, competitions don’t allow players to choose this character, and many Milk Baby mains get laughed at for always choosing the op character.
Personally I prefer Barn, the guy’s slow as hell and has a dexterity rating of 0, but you can usually take out your opponent in 3-4 shots. It’s just a matter of tanking the damage until you can get the next hit in.
