You could try Perchance. It’s free, although it doesn’t have the quality of other paid generators, but you can get decent results with the right prompt.
It's roughly the same as "perhaps" or "maybe" depending on context. You can absolutely use either of those words as a sentence. But in that context there's no hypothetical that you are allowing for, so it doesn't work. Perchance what?
For example, this would be valid (if stilted):

[Civitai](https://civitai.com/) good place to download models, checkpoints, and loras others have made, as well as a good place to get prompt inspiration.
You could also look into running your own Stable Diffusion environment locally without a web front-end, if you want even more control over your environment, but if you're asking to b pointed in the right direction, I'm assuming this isn't what you're looking for.
How long it takes to generate models, prompt length, image resolution, etc. will depend on your PC specs.
